The Process
From start to finish you deal with one person, Me.
All emails come from me, all calls from me, the same for texts.
I will chat with you and perhaps visit you if need be, to work out what it is you require, what you hope to achieve.
I will ask lots of questions, but also work out your technical ability, such as how to crop an image (it may seem simple to some, but if you have never done it, its as hard as me trying to drive a forklift).
We will have discussed what package you want and agreed the price and payments options. There are NO hidden extras.
I go away and come up with a basic scratch idea, I will have found out from you your preferred colour scheme, have had from you your company logo if you have one (if not we look at various ways of getting one) and will now have a good idea about what you or your company is about.
The site is shown to you and then its up to you to request tweaks, add a few extras (if need be), all these are done as soon as possible and fed back to you. It may be you decide you want something on one page that i consider not to be wise, i will point this out to you, but it will always remain your decision.
Only when I get the email from you that you are happy, will the site go live and you can start promoting it.
